Unethical Business Practices. Failure to disclose water, septic/sewer inspections. Breach of dual representation contract. Failure to refund 1,000 dollar escrow payment. Unknowingly recored themselves (sellers agent, buyers agent and broker/owner) on answering machine, laughing making fun of our family, made reference to physical threats, while under contract with us. They were fired immediately. One of the agents stalked my family and trespassed on the property we were renting. When confronted with our concerns/allegations they could have cared less! No apologies were ever given and their poor behavior continued. Do not use them to buy or sell your home!
